Lead strategy and planning process supporting growth objectives related to global and regional customers, end-use markets, region/sub-region, and technology.
Partner with relevant business, commercial and technical executive teams in the development of regional global strategies related to: global customers, end-use markets, channels, region/sub-region and technology.
Lead strategic and tactical delivery of marketing plans to sales team and customers
Provide strategic direction and focus to assist with mergers and acquisitions activities
Partner with RD&A to develop and execute sustainable training and development programs to effectively transform capabilities into customized value propositions for customers
Manage process to facilitate information/knowledge sharing and transfer, including monthly/quarterly reporting and planning forums
Lead in development of customer presentations materials for customer engagements and partners with marketing communications to ensure consistency with company brand messaging and design
Engage customer on key strategic initiatives
- BS/BA; MBA preferred
- 10-15 years relevant food and beverage or CPG experience
- Strategic “subject matter expert” with strong commercial and technical acumen
- Effective at bringing together various data inputs (market intelligence) to develop business strategies
- Strong consulting and facilitation skills (diplomatic and collaborative)
