Lead strategy and planning process supporting growth objectives related to global and regional customers, end-use markets, region/sub-region, and technology.
  • Partner with relevant business, commercial and technical executive teams in the development of regional global strategies related to: global customers, end-use markets, channels, region/sub-region and technology.
  • Lead strategic and tactical delivery of marketing plans to sales team and customers
  • Provide strategic direction and focus to assist with mergers and acquisitions activities
  • Partner with RD&A to develop and execute sustainable training and development programs to effectively transform capabilities into customized value propositions for customers
  • Manage process to facilitate information/knowledge sharing and transfer, including monthly/quarterly reporting and planning forums
  • Lead in development of customer presentations materials for customer engagements and partners with marketing communications to ensure consistency with company brand messaging and design
  • Engage customer on key strategic initiatives

  • Qualifications
    • BS/BA; MBA preferred
    • 10-15 years relevant food and beverage or CPG experience
    • Strategic “subject matter expert” with strong commercial and technical acumen
    • Effective at bringing together various data inputs (market intelligence) to develop business strategies
    • Strong consulting and facilitation skills (diplomatic and collaborative)
