We currently have an exciting opportunity to be part of our Strategic Sales team as a full time Strategic Sales Executive. This position will be located in our Arlington, VA office.
The main job responsibilities for this candidate are: Achieve the financial goals and criteria established for this position; Solicit new accounts using the company’s sales methodology; Negotiate contracts with the clients within company standards; Successfully turnover new accounts to Account Management and Operations to service; Assist in developing annual sales forecast by projecting account activity and anticipated account revenues; Actively participate in market-specific industry associations; All other duties as required.
Minimum skills and qualifications: Minimum three to five years of sales experience working with association markets; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; Ability to maintain professionalism in attitude and image while working under pressure to meet deadlines; Outstanding computer skills working with Microsoft Suite products and Windows based software programs; Proven experience with a structured sales methodology preferred; Strong communication/presentation skills; Effective problem solving skills; Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions with a minimum of planning.
