The Strategic Sales Manager NYC will play a key role in the development of AdRoll’s strategic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of AdRoll’s strategic sales business.
We are looking for a smart, ambitious manager to build and manage a team of up to 15 account executives focused on driving new and existing business with the worlds biggest brands. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching and ultimately delivering on the sales team’s revenue goals. This role will require great relationship-building and presentation skills and will include frequent in-person meetings, calls and entertaining.

Hire, train and manage a rapidly growing sales team
Use strategic expertise to evaluate the market and set clear vision for the growth of the strategic sales business
Play an active, hands-on role in sales deals, helping reps close deals while providing coaching and feedback.
Bring valuable insights and product feedback to our Product team in an organized, actionable format to facilitate ongoing client-driven product development
5 years experience managing a high performing sales team.
Demonstrated track record of success hiring, coaching and mentoring successful sales teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising and agency ecosystem
Develop and maintain senior level relationships with key clients - existing relationships with brand decision-makers a plus
Strong commitment to collaboration and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients
Experience with programmatic buying a big plus
