The Strategy & Corporate Development Team for Accenture Mobility Services is looking for new colleagues to work on our overall Mobility Strategy and support us in activities around Mergers & Acqusitions. We're looking for individuals with a technical background that understand technology and the long term evolution of mobile computing across silicon, connected devices, mobility software and the cloud. The role provides an opportunity to put cutting edge web and mobile technologies into a business context and will include analyzing the impact of long term trends on the business of Accenture clients, how Accenture needs to position itself, and implications for Accenture's M&A strategy.

Specific responsibilities include:
Support to define the overall Mobility Strategy for Accenture and ongoing refresh (general market sizing, trends analysis, competitive landscape)

Strategy, market sizing for OG/OU specific markets, offers and investment (MD&I and M&A) analysis

Preparation of ppt decks for one-time events (e.g. Accenture Board meetings, Marketing, Wall Street Analyst Days, etc.)

M&A target screening and negotiations with investment banks and venture capital firms

Ongoing networking with Silicon Valley start-ups


Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or other technical field

5 years of experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript, as well as one of the following: Objective C, Java, Python or Ruby on Rails

Preferred Skills:
Background in/understanding of internet and mobile technologies across the stack

Experience developing mobile applications preferably on iOS or Adroid

Experience with back-end cloud services, e.g. Amazon Web Services, Azure, Heroku

Experience with leveraging major social SDK's (ie, Twitter, Facebook) into mobile applications

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Interest in fast paced, high tech environment

Excellent presentation, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Keen interest in mobile technologies, mobility applications, growth and innovation

Excellent leadership and management skill

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Ability to travel occasionally, as needed
