Wholesale Services Groups Customer Information and Analysis (CIA) team is the central analytics team that supports all Wholesale lines of business. CIA analyses support cross-sell, marketing, prospecting, and other areas where businesses may need analytic support. This position will be on the Partner LOB Analysis Team which provides analytic support to the Wholesale businesses that focus on managing our Wholesale customer relationships and coordinating cross sell efforts to our customers. This team will support the partner LOBs, including Treasury Management, Trust, Investment Banking, Shareowner Services, Insurance, Equipment Finance, and Capital Finance.
These businesses primarily focus on cross selling into relationship groups, rely upon combining internal and external data sources, and utilize a more comprehensive level of analysis to identify specific cross sell product opportunities within a relationship or component of a relationship. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: -Respond to requests from partner lines of business and conduct in-depth analyses and ad-hoc reporting -Work with internal clients to: identify analytical and reporting needs -Produce existing monthly/quarterly reports and develop and automate new reports -Perform other assigned database-related analyses and projects
