As a Strategy Manager, half of your time will be spent developing Client Impact Analytics and supporting data visualization elements, while the other half is spent working on Account Plan research to help the BD team target key brands with high value strategies. You will work closely with the Strategy VP and the staff of Business Development professionals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manages delivery of 3 elements of Medivo’s Client Impact Analytics (I.A.) - Data, HCP Survey, Pt Survey
  • Take guidance on client business goals from Strategy VP & BD staff
  • Ensure the goals are reflected in all three elements of I.A.s
  • Align I.A. timeline to fit with Program Managers’ Client timelines
  • Creates “Client Benefit” charts/graphs in Excel and Powerpoint
  • From Analytics team, as part of Impact Analytics deliverables, with guidance from Strategy
  • From ongoing requests from Clients to showcase results to Exec Mgmt, with guidance from Strategy
  • When possible, provide recommendations or suggestions for additional analyses of interest in support of client business objectives
  • Conducts research and develops pipeline summaries for assigned target account product pipelines to support Account Planning for Strategy and BD teams
  • Focus on key medical conditions where Medivo drives value with lab data due to biomarkers’ role in diagnosing, treating, and monitoring these conditions
  • High level of communication skills to manage internal and external expectations of the delivery of our high-value, new-channel healthcare services
  • High proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint, in order to create simple charts and graphs from sophisticated analytics, to convey client value clearly and powerfully
  • Desire to work in a start-up environment where your contributions make an immediate impact, and where accountability is completely transparent

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree from top-tier undergraduate institution
  • Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
  • 1-3 yrs experience in a financial, healthcare, or agency setting where quantitative skills and data visualization were used to support management reports and/or client meetings
  • Experience as a business analyst in a healthcare or consulting environment is a significant plus
