Job Description
At Knowledge Infusion, it is the collective passion of our Talent Management Consultants who are changing the face of HR forever. KI Consultants work with clients to develop actionable strategies and solutions aligned with Talent Management goals to achieve specific operational and financial outcomes. This position is charged with assisting clients to identify opportunities to improve and align supporting systems and processes that create and an integrated approach to managing talent. Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders and human resources in workshop and interview settings to identify and transform Talent Management processes that can be enhanced through the use of technology-based solutions.
Lead executive workshops to articulate the value of proposed Talent Management strategy and technology investments.
Assist clients in the prioritization of Talent Management process change initiatives and/or technology investments.
Facilitate client workshops to review clients’ current Talent infrastructure as well recommend ways to reduce/avoid costs and to deliver positive business value through better management of the workforce.
Assist clients who need to develop business cases for Talent Management technology investments and/or process changes.
Facilitate Talent Management solution vendor recommendation and provide counsel to business leaders based on specific requirements and technology strategy
Develop change management strategies and methods to ensure successful adoption of Talent Management investments.
Qualifications
Ability to understand and articulate the strategic value of integrated Talent Management processes with a strong business acumen
Ability to operate individually and employ solid decision-making skills
Demonstrated aptitude and understanding of enterprise software, particularly Talent Management technologies (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession Management)
Strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
Effective verbal communication including the ability to relate well with others and ability to adapt style as needed.
Ability to influence professionals of senior management level
Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiative to drive projects
Experience designing sound Talent Management strategies and business processes
Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops
5+ years general management consulting/software consulting experience or equivalent Talent Management practitioner experience.
Additional Information
Knowledge Infusion consultants enjoy the flexibility of working out of their home office. In addition, consultants spend approximately 60% of their time at client locations.
