Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Student Employment Coordinator.
The candidate would be expected to: process all new hires and rehires through the online Payroll and Timekeeping system; train students and supervisors on system; verify registration as an integral part of student employee onboarding process; review data for accuracy and make corrections for timely payroll processing bi-weekly; disseminate regulations, policies and procedures regarding labor relations, Federal Work Study and student employment in general and ensure compliance; schedule and track all necessary training for Student Employees including: Sexual Harassment, Bloodborne Pathogens, Family Education Rights & Privacy Act, Code of Ethics, Fall/Protection Scaffolding Training etc.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Word 2010, Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel 2010, On-line Records System, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment
Required Years of Experience:
One year of office experience. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Customer-service focused. Strong attention to details. Ability to interact positively with all members of the University community. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work overtime as needed.
Basic knowledge of MS Access 2010, Publisher 2010 and PowerPoint 2010. Knowledge of employment, human resources and payroll laws/practices. Ultipro/Ultimate Time Management or other HRIS /Time and Attendance experience. Experience administering a student employment program.
