General troubleshooting and assistance to faculty, staff, and students with problems relating to School of Business computing systems as well as general computing questions and problems. Provide assistance and troubleshoot various account management issues. Assist with special projects, administrative reports, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the following operations systems: Windows XP, Vista, and 7
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Good oral/written communication skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Good office administration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Macintosh OS experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and e-mail configurations
  • Knowledge of AV equipment
  • Experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and web editing tools like Dreamweaver
Work Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
Advertised Pay: $10.00 per hour

Conditions of Employment

Students holding student hourly appointments must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours during the academic year. Enrollment of one credit hour during the summer session is required if the student was not enrolled the previous spring or is not pre-enrolled in the upcoming fall term.
