The Graduate Student Assistant position will be responsible for the following duties that include but not limited to: 1. Supporting current Research Integrity staff with routine office functions from menial duties to more complex projects. 2. Operate standard office equipment such as copier, fax, scanner and shredder and assist with on campus deliveries. 3. Create routine correspondence such as compliance committee reminder letters and other standard documents through Adobe. 4. Assist with conference call and meeting set up. 5. Maintain updated binders of committee policies and procedures, membership rosters, assurances, and related materials. 6. Preparing training materials for faculty and committee members. 7. Serve as a one-on-one training resource for online submission system, IRBNet , as needed (e.g., routine questions like "how do I register," etc.) 8. Serve as initial point of contact for creating and organizing files from IRBNet submissions and conducting basic quality assurance at the end of the review process. 9. Assist with Special Projects as assigned from RI team members. 10. Assist with coordination of upcoming IRBNet for IACUC.

Graduate student level required. Previous coursework in sciences or strong grasp of scientific concepts preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus. Previous experience with research studies a plus. CITI training certifications will be expected upon employment. Must have strong computer skills and work proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills, in addition to a strong/dedicated work ethic.
