Administers a high-level of customer service to ensure retention and success of online students through excellence of student support services. A student-centered, customer service approach is necessary for follow-up phone contact with students and other student service departments. Provides support to IADT’s philosophy of Service to Customer, both internally and externally, in a professional and timely manner that supports achievement of the University’s goals and objectives.
Provides student-centered support services
Administration of student Success Plans for students on probation or in need of additional support
Adherence to Save Our Students (S.O.S.) policies/procedures
Manages advising services including evaluation of transcripts, incomplete grades, Satisfactory Academic Progress and overall degree progress
Advises at-risk students with life or other circumstances to ensure online course attendance
Informs students on course / program content in degree program of study
Adherence to all University policies and procedures necessary for compliance with external standards as set by accrediting and licensing organizations, state and federal agencies, and other regulatory entities during the administration of advisement services
Adheres to all IADT policies, procedures, integrity and ethical standards
All other duties as assigned.
