Manages student services for the Interdisciplinary Biochemistry graduate program and Biotechnology undergraduate and graduate program. Acts as a scheduling officer and an admissions coordinator and assists in enrollment management and graduate recruitment. Coordinates events; edits and updates program website; and serves as administrative support for DGS, the director of biotechnology, and the department manager.

REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED and three years of experience in the area of student services or academic administration environment.
Two to three years of computer experience with spreadsheet/database/word processing software and web design, Outlook, OneStart, OnCourse, and eApp. Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and to prioritize and manage multiple projects under deadline pressure and with constant interruptions; and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and previous administrative experience. Knowledge of University Graduate School and COAS Graduate and International Admissions/Services policies. Knowledge of university systems, policies, and procedures (e.g., SIS, IUIE, KFS, etc.).
