Under general direction of the Chief Student Services Officer supports the goals and objectives of the Enrollment Services departments (Office of Admissions, Registration & Records, and the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships). The primary responsibility is to ensure that the enrollment services goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with standards of quality and customer service: Manages all aspects of the Enrollment Services reception desk, including taking and directing incoming calls, incoming mail, greeting, and directing guests; ensures efficient processing of incoming documents submitted by prospective and continuing students, as well as graduates; assists with application/enrollment file audits; assists with addressing prospective student inquiries when Admission Counselors are in the field at recruitment events; assists with hosting weekly information sessions and campus tours for prospective students as needed; provide support as needed for scheduling appointments, meetings, and making travel arrangements for Enrollment Services personnel and process related paperwork; coordinates and assists with outgoing mail needs of all three departments; maintains filing system and update electronic applicant records as needed; maintains and coordinate office supply needs; maintain a working knowledge of campus policies and procedures; and delegate office support tasks to student workers as needed.

Regionally accredited Associate’s degree and/or equivalent of combined education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree desired. Two years related experience in student services or an educational institution; experiences working in an office environment using MS Office software packages. Ability to maintain excellent customer service; demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally; ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in data entry; ability to manage multiple projects, work efficiently under pressure, and meet deadlines; ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain working relationships with a diverse population of students, faculty, staff, and others; excellent computer skills and be proficient in MS Windows, Word, Excel, etc.; and some experience with database software tools.
