NCI: As the Subject Matter Expert ( Advisory Staff Specialist III) on the GSA BPA contract in San Francisco , California , you will use your prior experience and expertise to analyze business use of documents to better integrate document storage and retrieval with business processes and identify potential workflow needs.

Highlights of Responsibilities

Provide evaluation , recommendations , and support for Webtop , D2 , and Taskspace interface enhancement , development , UAT , and maintenance.
Conduct training and prepare / maintain training material for Webtop , workflow , and scanning.
Provide evaluation , recommendations , and support for receiving report and other workflow development and enhancement.
Review and comment on feedback document , test in UAT.
Scan process base program development and maintenance.
Configure process settings.
Maintain connectivity and operation of scan station scanners and PCs including coordinating repairs / replacement.
Help troubleshoot scanning problems.
Respond to user questions, troubleshoot problems related to Documentum and scanning.

Requirements

US Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a positive Public Trust clearance.
Bachelors' Degree with five years progressive experience in the associated field.
Expertise in end user training on use of EMC Documentum Webtop and D2.
Experience with custom xCP workflows scanning processes , and Docusign implementation.
Expertise in developing supporting training and reference materials.
