We are currently seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) Substance Abuse Counselor for our Taylorsville facility.

Position Summary:
The primary role of the substance abuse counselor is to assist patients in identifying treatment needs, while establishing and building a relationship of trust.
Position Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provision of counseling services to patients.
Maintain timely and accurate patient paperwork and records.
Provide case-management and referral services.
Requirements
Experience in substance abuse field and/or LCDP preferred.

5:30am - 2:00pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts.
