Mature, flexible, responsible individuals sought to assist in all aspects of Skidmore's summer programs and conferences. Duties include: providing excellent customer service to our summer guests, greeting program participants, providing accurate information, processing guest information, using an online registration application, preparing guest materials, quality walkthroughs of guest rooms, monitoring events, and other related duties as assigned. Works at the Summer Registration Desk and supports Special Programs staff. May be called upon to assist with events at the various Arts Venues on Campus. Office and customer service preferred, including experience handling cash. Knowledge of bookkeeping and data entry helpful. Work hours vary between 8:00am to 8:00pm., 7 days a week. Rotating schedule and most weekends required. Supervised by Information Systems & Guest Services Coordinator.
