Writing Sample (500-750 words)

Writing sample should be from previous academic or professional work. The sample can cover any subject matter as long as you feel that it is a high-quality representation of your writing skills.

StudentsFirst’s Leading Change Academy is designed for leaders who are currently undergraduates, graduate students or post-graduates.

Undergraduates. StudentsFirst is looking for top undergraduate students across all disciplines.

Graduate Students . StudentsFirst is looking for top graduate students from a variety of professional disciplines, including: business, organizational management, public policy, law and education policy.

Postgraduates. StudentsFirst is looking for postgraduate candidates admitted to fellowship programs, recent graduates seeking an internship in the semester or quarter directly following graduation and teachers seeking a professional development opportunity in summers between academic years.


The summer 2013 internship session runs June 10 through August 16. The hourly requirement for the summer internship session is 40 hours per week.
