Job Description:
World Fuel Services is seeking the brightest and best
students to participate in our Summer Internship Program
in Miami, Florida. Interns will work on exciting project
initiatives that are aligned to our overall Corporate
Goals. Interns will be assigned to mentors to make this
a rewarding and learning experience for future personal
growth and development.

Price Risk Management Internship:
Intern will work within the Price Risk Management (PRISM
Programs) Department on day to day middle office duties
and department initiatives.
  • Opportunity to work and gain experience with trading
systems (ETRM) within a Fortune 500 Company
  • Opportunity to gain knowledge of Price Management in
CXL as well as derivatives and hedging contracts
  • Opportunity to enhance excel skills and develop
spreadsheet structures that support our business

Post Internship and Graduation Opportunities include:
1. Derivatives Analyst
2. Derivatives Coordinator
3. Derivatives Reporting Analyst
4. Derivatives Accountant
Above positions start at Jr. Level and progress to Sr.
Level depending on past experience as well as
performance in role.

Career Paths include but not limited to:
1. Corporate Prism Programs - Analyst Team
2. Segment Accounting OR Finance Team

Job Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Student must be enrolled an Undergraduate or Graduate
program, Junior status or higher; (not intended for
students graduating in May-Sept 2013)
  • Student must be able to work on an eight or twelve
week assignment; (typically start in June and run
through August)
  • Student must be willing to pay for transportation to
and from Miami;
  • Student must be willing to pay personal living
expenses while on internship;
  • Student’s degree and skill-set must be directly
related to the business need. (Finance, Economics,
International Business, etc)
Students will be paid on an hourly basis. There are no
benefits available while on internship with World Fuel
Services.
