The Manager for Sundance Grill, under direct supervision of the Asst F&B Director, will assist with the daily operations of the outlet, including, hiring, staffing, scheduling, training and the overall service level of the restaurant and bar. Incumbent will work closely with Kitchen staff to oversee the timing of entrees and presentation of product, as well as coordinating and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, bar and kitchen areas. Responsible for handling guest iquiries and complaints. Requires the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Also responsible for conducting daily pre-shift meetings with staff. Must be able to read, speak and write effectively. Candidates should possess general working knowledge of Health Department regulations and the ability to delegate duties and maintain compliance. Prepares annual budgets and monthly goals, also forecasts financials of the outlet. Programming capabilities with Micros point of sale system.Must also be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role in Food & Beverage, preferably in the Casino industry.
