Full-Time. Located in Mililani Technology Park (Palii Building).
Assist with the supervision and training of the Testers in the Customer Care department. Responsible for maintaining Customer Care Triton and Help Screens. Assists Manager, Customer Service Operations with developing, launching, and training of new applications.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years customer service experience required. Minimum of 2 years experience working with programming changes in the OTWC Hawaii Billing System preferred. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Possess a working knowledge of the Cable industry, Company policies and procedures, cable, internet, and phone products and services. Stable employment history.
SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGES AND ABILITIES : Skills include: typing 40 words per minute, use of telephone system, computer, printer, and telephone. Must have excellent attendance record. Must be able to work any shift with any days off. Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of Oceanic's billing system, Customer Care processes and procedures, PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, AS400 computer billing system, and e-mail is required. Must have basic analytical knowledge of business mathematics and accounting procedures. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
Hours: Monday - Friday, shift to be determined.
