The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a Subpoena Supervisor for our Law Enforcement Response Operations Center (LEROC). Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Position Summary:
This position supports Corporate Legal Compliance and specializes in analyzing information from many sources, drawing accurate conclusions and providing detailed reports of findings. Duties include providing direction to Subpoena Analyst team, regular contact with law enforcement agencies and serving parties, use of online automated tools to research subscriber records, preparation of subpoena responses and evaluating fulfillment process improvements and technology enhancements to strengthen subpoena compliance operations. Supervisor reports to Director, Security Operations and oversees the team of Subpoena Analysts. Candidate will interact with law enforcement and government personnel, civil parties, and multiple TWC corporate and region personnel. This position is fast-paced and detail oriented. The position will benefit from a proven leader with experience promoting teamwork, consistency, integrity and innovation. This will require superior communication and presentation skills, initiative and excellence. Candidate should be able to prioritize assignments and to work independently, as well as direct the work of others, and possess a willingness to learn. The position requires after hours on-call availability for the purpose of dealing with emergency situations.

Essential Job Functions:

- Ensure legal process response time and case handling
meet required service levels

- Ensure effective utilization of workforce management

- Solidify and document best practices for the LEROC

- Collaborate with Senior Management to develop
operational and departmental policies, procedures, and
metrics which support LEROC goals

- Manage efforts to ensure that projects, people, and
infrastructure adhere to company policies, standards
and guidelines

- Provide and promote LMS training opportunities for
Security Operations and LEROC staff

- Provide direction for Subpoena Analysts by creating
goals and expectations documented and reviewed

- Develop and initiate Subpoena Analyst coaching to meet
and exceed department goals and consistently hit
service levels

- Maintain open lines of communication between
operations staff and senior management - promote the
TWC Open Door Policy

- Conduct and document regularly scheduled staff
meetings to debrief the teams and management on
current activities and operating metrics

Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage competing priorities, be self-directed
and provide insightful oversight to a team of talented
security personnel

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills

- Prior supervisory/management experience required
including a proven track record of handling escalations

- Must be able to work in a high energy and fast paced
environment to meet deadlines and perform complex
administrative duties requiring independent judgment
and initiative

- Excellent communication skills, including business
writing and presentations, ability to express oneself in a
clear and concise both manner both verbally and in

- Ability to develop and provide training in person and/or
over the web and to assure comprehension of materials
and concepts provided

- Review incoming subpoenas and other compulsory
legal processes to ensure they have been properly
issued and served and for other issues that may affect
the company's response.

- Respond to inquiries from and conferring with subpoena
issuers regarding the scope of their subpoenas, the
availability of the information requested and the status of

- Inputting information about subpoenas into the
company's subpoena tracking system.

- Monitor the subpoena fulfillment process and check the
accuracy of the records prepared by fulfillment personnel
to ensure the company's response is accurate and timely

- Certify the authenticity of the records produced and
sending responsive materials to requesters

- Prepare regular management reports about the quantity
and nature of subpoenas

- Recommend improvements to the company's subpoena
fulfillment process, including technology enhancements

- Additional duties will include compiling responses to
requests for subscriber information and other business
records, communicating with law enforcement and/or
attorneys and participating in special projects as needed

Education and Experience:


Job requires specialized advanced vocational skills
acquired and typically gained through a combination of
education and relevant work experience totaling 7 years
post-high school or equivalent College degree preferred.
Paralegal experience helpful


Strong project management, organizational and
interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as a team member

- Prior experience analyzing information for investigative
purposes and dealing with Law Enforcement Agencies
and attorneys

- Familiarity with the criminal and civil court process

Software required:
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Lexis, Windows.
