Under the supervision of the Membership Director, the Supervisor, Welcome Center Representative is responsible for providing leadership and supervision to welcome center staff. Position is responsible for the coordination and implementation of excellent service to members, guests, and program participants. Works with the Membership Director to set goals for the welcome center accepts and completes other duties assigned by the Membership Director and/or Branch leadership.
Associate degree in business or related field required
1-2 years of previous supervisory experience in customer service preferred.
Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software.
Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
Must take the Introduction to Leading Others course offered by the YMCA within first six months.
Salary: $27,466 - $34,333
Additional Compensation Details: 9% paid retirement upon eligibility; health, vision and dental; paid time off.
