To act as a liaison between assigned clients and other firm members. To supervise employees and workflow within Client Services.

Responsibilities:
·

Facilitates the growth and development of client services representatives by providing timely and effective feedback, coaching and counseling.

·

Mentor and motivate staff; create a positive and productive atmosphere.

·

Self manage and lead by example.

·

Expedite and track resolution of client inquiries through partnership with other departments, including collections, legal processing, and IT.

·

Evaluate existing processes and provide recommendations for improvements.

·

Prepare effective and accurate reports, memoranda, letters, and emails.

·

Create and maintain detailed procedures for workflow and task completion for all clients.

·

Ensure compliance with client and firm standards for communication.

·

Perform audit and reconciliation assignments as needed.

·

Gather and provide information needed to perform monthly client update calls.

·

Manage schedules of unit personnel.

·

Collect and analyze data.

·

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, co-workers, and clients.

·

Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
·

Ethical and dedicated work history.

·

Prior supervisory experience, preferably in an office environment.

·

Demonstrated ability to honor policies, ensure security and follow legal guidelines.

·

Excellent Business English and communication skills; oral, written and auditory.

·

Excellent computer skills including ability to use MS Word and Outlook. Ability to type using a keyboard at a minimum of 40 wpm.

·

Ability to format and manipulate moderately complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

·

Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to read and interpret EDI, account notes, and client work standards.

·

Strong work ethic; Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines.

·

Demonstrated leadership ability including excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.

·

Above average attention to detail, thoroughness, and excellent follow-up skills.

·

Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize, maintain attention to detail, and recognize time constraints.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Ability



Bachelor’s Degree in any field plus four or more years office experience showing progressive responsibility, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
