We have an immediate opening for a Supervisor, Facility Cost responsible for the supervision of five to seven analysts. The Supervisor, Facility Cost will provide training, manage day-to-day invoice processing responsibilities, participate in dispute resolution discussions with external vendors and legal group. The Supervisor, Facility Cost will manage ad hoc projects that arise to completion and assist with SOX testing when needed. The Supervisor will partner with internal customers to provide ad hoc audit/data analysis necessary to support our dispute position.

Validating, auditing, disputing, reconciling and processing 2,500 accounts, over 7,500 invoices totaling over $700M per month in Facility Cost spend.

Must have ability to project manage account and system migrations.

Work with internal and external clients on ad hoc audits, data analysis and communicate results effectively.

Knowledge of Network Financial Assurance in terms of revenue and cost.

Technical network configuration, network systems, network costs and knowledge of the company's billing system.

Achieves results by working with cross functional teams to obtain the most efficient cost solutions.

Administers company policies and monitors daily results, costs, and methods of the work group.

Participate in regularly scheduled traffic pumping and legal meetings associated with outstanding disputes.

Maintain continuing education on Telecom Industry.

Experience with training on complex issues and demonstrate leadership characteristics.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and preferred Masters degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent education.

Preferred two to four years of Facility Cost experience including relevant Auditing, Substantive and Analytical Resting/Analysis and dispute resolution.

Experience with Business Objects and Citrix applications preferred.

Knowledge of invoice systems BillTrakProBillTracOnDemand and Claim Center preferred.
