To supervise the activities of food service employees engaged in the preparation and serving of foods for board operations, catered events, retail operations and other food service operations. Prepares high quality products for all operations including “Demonstration” cooking stations. This position will be assigned as operationally needed.
This position requires the following:
- Background Check
- Cash Handling
- West Virginia Department of Health Food Handlers Permit required within 30 days of hiring.
- Sanitation Training Certificate (P.I.C.) issued by the Monongalia County Health Department required within 60
days of hiring.
