The Outreach Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff members in the performance of their duties and assisting the

Screening Program Director in the administration of a 24 hour operation. Exercises supervisory authority and independent

judgment in assigning employee labor.

Responsible for supervising and directing the delegation of tasks to appropriate support personnel and for consistently setting

and evaluating priorities.

Exercises supervisory authority and independent judgment in directing employee labor.

Makes recommendations regarding the ongoing performance evaluation of supervised staff and resulting actions (i.e. reward,

discipline, discharge, etc.)

Master degree or enroll in Master Degree program in social work, psychology or related clinical field. Certified New Jersey Mental Health Screener or mental health experience required to immediately be eligible for Screening Certification requirements. Must possess the ability to work in stressful situations. Supervisory experience preferred
