We are looking for a Supervisor Maintenance who will
help manage the repair, alteration and preventative
maintenance of the plan to improve the productivity of
the operation. He/she will supervise maintenance
technicians in order to get both planned and unplanned
maintenance needs completed in an efficient and

A high school diploma coupled with a minimum of 5 years
of demonstrated experience as a mechanic or electronic
technician in a high volume manufacturing operation,
preferably continuous process. Demonstrated experience
developing, prioritizing and executing plans to deliver
results and achieve operating objectives. Strong
problem-solving and failure analysis experience and
skills (KT, FMEA, FTA) with demonstrated application of
each for improving maintenance and reliability.
Demonstrated supervisory experience, intermediate
communication skills and MS Office & Maximo proficiency.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business coupled
with 4 – 6 years of demonstrated experience in a
manufacturing management. Intermediate proficiency with
MS Project. Demonstrated experience with preventive and
predictive maintenance program implementation.
