Here’s how this role will help:

Work directly with the Director QA Compliance to design, develop, implement, and facilitate both technical and non-technical training programs and systems designed to ensure compliant development, manufacturing, packaging, testing and distribution of pharmaceutical drug products. Provide supervision to training department personnel regarding assignments, procedures and projects. Collaborate with the various departments within MTI to assist with the implementation of the training vision and strategy for the site and work with other areas outside of MTI as needed.

Collaborate with the various internal departments (Manufacturing, QA, Tech Ops, Engineering/Maintenance, Process Development, Materials Management, etc.) to ensure alignment with training requirements. Interact with Senior Leadership within MTI to assess site training needs.Supervise the training department staff by providing guidance and coordinating work assignments within the group. Maintain the training program for MTI and act as a representative for MTI to the Global Quality Training organization.

Collaborate with Global Quality Training and Director QA Compliance in creating the training vision for MTI.

Ensure all Training department activities (MyUniversity data entry, record filing, Training program, Module program, etc) are maintained and addressed in a timely manner.

Work with other groups as required to establish training automation (e.g. Documentum for module review/job descriptions, MyUniversity for mass sign in, etc.) and other department needs.

Administer the implementation of training requirements as requested by Global Quality Training and regulatory drivers.

Support regulatory, corporate, customer and internal audits as required. Provide support as requested from the various training organizations throughout Mylan.

Scan regulatory environment for training developments and implements those changes within MTI.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Here are the qualifications for this position:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Must possess working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry regulations (ex. cGMPs domestic and international). Must possess knowledge of instructional design and adult learning and training methodologies for technical information and tasks. Experience in the design and implementation of e-learning courseware desirable but not required.

Must possess excellent organization, attention to detail and project management skills. Ability to multitask a large number of projects and evaluate priorities. Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with Articulate Software preferred, but not required.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
