Supply Chain Business Analyst
SUMMARY
Division level analyst to conduct analyses of unique and
considerable scope, querying databases, performing
complex analysis, and synthesizing the data in a manner
presentable to executive leadership. Make
recommendations based on the data and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Query data from multiple sources. Analyze data and
provide executive level reports
  • Preparation and maintenance of key performance
metrics. Development of presentations to adequately
convey results of analysis.
  • Maintenance and ownership of corporate Supply Chain
Metrics Portal. Work with key Portal stakeholders to
assure data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide reports and analysis in support of strategic
procurement activities.
  • Support the continued evolution of division Sales and
Operations Planning data collection and assimilation
into monthly executive review package.
  • Drive business process and tools standardization
across sites in the division.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
required. MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential
functions of the job typically acquired through eight or
more years of increasingly responsible related program
administration related experience.
  • Advanced analytical skill set required.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of program
management functions as they relate to Supply Chain.
  • Experience with Webfocus, AMAPS and Crystal Reports
strongly desired.
  • Strong presentation skills and will have direct
interface with senior leadership.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and make
recommendations for process improvements.
