The Supply Chain ERP Change Management Leader will coordinate and lead all the organizational change management aspects of Power Generation’s major business transformation and ERP implementation initiative. This global initiative will revolutionize how our organization operates and will radically simplify our business. Changing an organization of this size so radically will demand focus on preparing the organization to embrace the change, for this effort to be a success.
This position will be responsible for managing Organizational Change Management (OCM) , including change analysis and planning, organizational alignment and readiness, engagement of stakeholders, and execution of change management plans in support of Power Generation Supply Chain ERP.
In addition you will:
Identify areas of change impact, conduct organizational analysis and develop actionable plans to manage organizational impact
Work with PMO to structure and integrate OCM plans deliverables for multiple phases of a complex project, identify and deploy resources, assign work, create work plans, ensure quality of work, manage project status, ensure that deliverables meet expectations within time and budget
Identify risk mitigation strategies, take early action to resolve issues and address impacts
Develop and execute communication and awareness plans to properly prepare the appropriate portions of the organization for upcoming change and build enthusiasm
Build a branding strategy to identify and promote the initiative
Identify, coordinate and optimize Super User activities in support of the overall project objectives
Build a comprehensive training plan to include training for project resources, users, and support teams, both during the project and to sustain the project’s process improvements
Partner with program teams to assist in the development of educational and training materials
Lead training team to ensure alignment and optimization of training and communication efforts
Routinely assess all aspects of OCM and report successes, opportunities, and action plans to program management
Demonstrate a very strong understanding of all aspects of organizational change management and organizational design (e.g. considered a subject matter expert and go-to person relative to OCM / org design)
Manage vendor / outsourced resources to deliver training solutions as required
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or Business from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 7 years of experience in large business transformation projects
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Learning and Development and/or Human Resources
Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with business, IT and HR
Minimum of 7 years of experience working with offshore / onshore virtual teams

Lean and/or Six Sigma certification or equivalent quality certification
