The Oatey Company is seeking a part-time (20-30 hours per week) Supply Chain Intern who can assist with a variety of Supply Chain projects and initiatives related to purchasing and logistics data analysis, supplier communication, RFQ preparation, PO creation and other related activities.
Duties may include and are not limited to:

Supplier spend analysis & data presentation
·
Communicating purchasing and logistics information to suppliers & tracking responses
·
Compiling data & presenting to Sourcing Managers for inclusion in RFQs
·
Creating Purchase Orders
·
Updating Sourcing Savings Database
·
Updating purchasing procedures with input from the Sourcing team
·
Year-end NAFTA/Customs related activities
·
Project planning and task management
