We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager (CM)
Responsible for Developing and Managing an Efficient, Effective, World Class, Supply Chain Capable of Successfully Executing to DDN product, Cost, Flexibility and Quality/Manufacturing Requirements.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Develop partner(s) that meets DDN roadmap, Lowest Landed Cost, Flexibility, Manufacturing/Quality Requirements.
Monitoring the EMS Industry to ensure DDN’s Competitive Position.
Develop Strategic Supply Chain looking out for a 3+ year Horizon.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with CMs.
Develop Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process and Scorecard.
Implement CM Development Plans.
Coordinate CM Site Audits/ Re-Audits.
Drive Continuous Improvement at CM using KPI Metrics.
Develop, Implement and Manage CM Capacity management processes and tool.
CM Business Relationships:
Responsible for establishing and Implementation of Contracts (MMA, MPA,SLA,).
Negotiate Liability Settlements.
Conduct Executive Business Meetings.
Escalation Point to Executive Management for DDN Business Issues.
Responsible for CM Cost Model/Landed Cost Analysis.
Responsible for Industry Benchmark of Cost.
Implement Cost Management Processes.
Qualifications for this role are:
Strong Business and Leadership Skills.
Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills with demonstrated track record.
Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and executive interfacing skills.
Thorough knowledge of EMS industry and manufacturing environment.
Experience in Supply Chain Strategy Development.
5-10 Years experience in Global Supply Chain Management.
Strong Understanding of CM Cost Models.
Strong Working Knowledge of ,Financial, and Commercial (Int’l ) issues.
Good understanding of Latin and Asian business cultures.
