Due to growth and geographic expansion, we are seeking entry level candidates with an interest in Supply Chain Management to join our Operations team. Our rotational program teaches new recruits the basics of our business from the ground up during a 3-6 month training period in Lancaster, PA. Employees may spend time in Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Logistics, or Customer Service. The goal is to prepare candidates for a leadership position in one of our distribution centers.

When a new recruit completes the rotations, they will be placed in a supervisory role. As a new supervisor, you may start your career at our home base in Lancaster or you may get the chance to relocate to one of our distribution centers throughout the country. We currently have openings in Madisonville, KY (about 1.5 hours north of Nashville), and we will soon have opportunities in Reno, NV (opening late 2013). We also have plans to open 2 additional DC’s through 2018. Trainees must be ready to spend their first 5 years at any of these locations. The company offers generous relocation assistance when moving from state to state.

Requirements
  • Ability to lead crews of 5-20 in an Operations setting
  • Strong reasoning, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supply chain management and constant process improvement
  • Openness to relocation
