Define, develop and report on the efficiency of the supply chain network across the organization
Monitor and adapt core metrics for total supply chain optimization
Improve overall customer experience by modeling scenarios, designing, developing and deploying tools and reports that monitor supply chain performance against key performance indicators
Collaborate with vendor community to improve overall supply chain performance and effectiveness
Develop and lead processes to optimize supply chain performance against key performance indicators to ensure the right balance of merchandising, transportation, and supply chain considerations are made to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Develop and report on various supply chain design scenarios to help identify optimal uses of the network
Drive efficient utilization of supply chain assets by utilizing metrics and identifying opportunities to improve management of assets
Define plan for sourcing, inventory management and supply chain cost issue
Work with merchandising, merchandise planning and operations resources to execute plans
Develop product flow strategies
Perform analysis to identify product flow improvement opportunities
Develop supply chain business plans in collaboration with vendors
Negotiate elements of a collaborative business plan to execute company supply chain strategy
Facilitate implementation of supply chain business plan through vendor and internal resources
Incorporate root causes into collaborative business plans
Implement value chain programs with vendor community (VMI, SBT, audited receipt)
Qualifications:
BS/BA - Supply Chain Management
Combined 5 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory, supply chain operations or vendor performance management
Thorough understanding of end to end supply chain process
