This position will serve in the Tactical Derivative Aircraft (TDA) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Cell, providing direct emergent support to the TDA customers. This position requires 24/7/365 response to incoming phone calls and requests for emergent supply support. Job duties include the following: around the clock support; back up to the team as required; participate in process improvement initiatives with all stakeholders, such as BAO, AVIALL, BMA, BCA. Load and maintain spares requirements in TAV/GOLD. Release spares order requirements (CAP orders) to multiple procurement activities, and track orders through to delivery and close out. Utilize cross business unit systems and applications to support worldwide acquisition of commercial (green) or mission system (blue) parts. Develop and maintain status reports for all orders being procured, borrowed, reallocated, repaired, etc. Regularly interfaces with multiple engineering IPTs and customers to ensure spares and repair requirements are met. Skills required includes ability to independently research, provide technical information, and support the establishment of processes used to develop and maintain supply chain data and support products. Translates contract requirements into work requirements, processes, and tasks. Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies. Assists in analyzing post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities. Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders. Processes material returned from customers. Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance. Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims. Analyzes post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases. Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action. Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system. Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration
Do you have a minimum of 1 year Supply Chain experience managing spares, support equipment or repairs for military or commercial aerospace customers?
Do you have experience in GOLD or inventory systems?
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
