We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist which will assist the Supply Chain Department review Master Service Agreements, which will include price evaluation, commercial terms and conditions for products and services consistent with considerations for quality, reliability of source and urgency of need as assigned by the department manager within the framework of the Company procurement policy. Assist in implementation and data migration from existing purchasing program to Oracle with responsibility of administration and maintenance of the Oracle supplier and item master database.

Responsibilities and Expected Contributions:
  • Assist in preparation of request for proposal for documents utilizing Microsoft Excel
  • Review supplier quotations and assures completeness and recovery of the information
  • Prepares bid tabulations from information recovered in the RFP process
  • Assures that Purchase Orders issued are complete, accurate and fully documented in compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Assist in new supplier set up maintenance as well as compiling supplier evaluation data on a quarterly basis
  • Assist in the implementation and data migration SQL Server
  • Assist in the overall administration and maintenance of SQL Server Supplier and Item Master database
  • Reconcile invoices
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ Years of prior purchasing or supply chain experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Good / Retail Sales Industries
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Proficient Computer Skills including Microsoft WORD/EXCEL/POWERPOINT
  • Ability to work some overtime and some periodic travel
  • A Bachelors Degree would be strongly preferred
  • 4+ Years of prior purchasing or supply chain experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Good / Retail Sales Industries
