enVista has an immediate opening for a Supply Chain Strategy & Operations Consultant to focus on the identification of tactical and strategic improvements related to physical layout, operational process improvement and system implementations for our clients. Typical projects that you will be engaged on include:
  • Process identification and improvement
  • Slotting optimization
  • Facility layout and design
  • Implementation of labor management systems
  • Implementation of engineered labor standards
  • Change management training
  • Supply chain network analysis and optimization
  • Retail store operations

The required candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with Business related degrees must have an emphasis in Supply Chain Operations and/or Strategy and have a minimum of 2 yearsÂ’ experience in Supply Chain Consulting.

Requirements: Skills:
  • LEAN Process Improvement training (Green belt certification is highly desirable)
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Experience with Slotting software applications
  • Experience with Labor Management (LMS) and/or Warehouse Management (WMS) system implementations, such as JDA, Manhattan or HighJump
  • Must be familiar with Pre-Determined Time Systems such as MSD or MOST
  • Must have Stop Watch Time Study and Pace Rating experience
  • Microsoft Access and Pivot Table knowledge
  • Software development skills in languages such as C, C++, Java, etc. are also beneficial
