About the Supply Chain Tactical Operations Analyst role:
General Motors currently has multiple Supply Chain Tactical Operations opportunities the Detroit area. The Supply Chain Tactical Operations Analyst will be responsible for assessing, identifying, determining root cause and problem-solving manufacturing process failures on site. In this role, the Supply Chain Tactical Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally to develop creative solutions to complex supply chain issues.
In addition, the Supply Chain Tactical Operations Analyst will also be responsible for:
- Assessing supplier schedules and impact on vehicle assembly production
- Understanding machinery, equipment, and maintenance issues

Minimum Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
