Position Description:
Manage a 5 man team and day-to-day operations of Federal Print Services Division

Federal Print Services Division supports over 4000 printers within the federal client's environment.

Support includes purchasing and delivering toner along with all other consumables for the printers.

Federal Print Services Division also provides break/fix support and delivery of new printers to the individual service desks.

Install, configure, and update software used to manage the printer fleet.

Must have Web Jetadmin (WJA) tool experience.

Provide automatic ticket creation when the consumables are low.

Provide configuration of security settings on the printers.

Implement tools to manage local printers within the environment

Provide monthly page counts per office to determine if reduction or increase needs to be made.

Meet bi-weekly with vendors to discuss changes in the product, issues with the hardware or software, and upcoming purchases.

Provide weekly, monthly and annual status reports both written and verbal, to Government Point of Contact.

Manage and track all tasks in Remedy Helpdesk software application.

Provide workflow recommendations and program requirements for Remedy Developers when changes are being made to the application.

Manage, track and order required supplies / services necessary to maintain the operations of the printer fleet.

Maintain supply levels in order to meet three hour requirement for delivery of toner based on the SLA’s.

Develop/modify Policies and Procedures for team to follow in order to meet contractual requirements.

Develop and implement modernization policy to update customers Print Fleet.

Must have Active Top Secret / DoD Clearacne

Technical Requirements:
Must have Web Jetadmin (WJA) tool experience.
