Provides support to direct services by scheduling appointments for clients and coordinating appointments between direct service providers to insure compliance with funding source requirements for payment of services. Register clients upon admission and answering multi-line phone. Incumbent must be able to implement and process changes in a variable and complex behavioral health environment.
Requires : High school diploma or equivalent; general typing experience; working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Outlook and Word. Good organizational skills; valid driver's license.
Prefer: Previous reception, filing, and scheduling experience. Previous experience working in a healthcare office.
