Solve Cultura Technology product questions through various support channels (phone, email, web chat, forums, social media)
  • Research advanced/complex issues and provide response or solution to customer
  • Provide documentation on each customer contact in our CRM system (Salesforce.com)
  • Author knowledgebase articles & customer conference training materials, create videos, and monitor our customer forum.
  • Provide software training/coaching to other team members based on your expertise. Travel to a customer’s site, participate in our customer conferences and provide your expertise in a forum outside of the office
  • Provide testing results and feedback to Product Management/development/QA on issues encountered by our customers
  • Participate in problem solving teams
  • Provide suggestions and improvements for future product releases, service packs, and hot fixes
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Working knowledge of our software; specifically the AGRIS product suite: Agris V9, AgroGuide, oneWeigh, binSight, iView
    • Working knowledge of agricultural businesses/industry
    • Demonstrated ability to manage a project with multiple resources/issues
    • Good presentation skills; comfortable presenting to small groups as well as one-on-one
    • Willing and able to travel up to 10%
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
    THE PERSON:
    • Feet on the ground working in an agricultural business is always desired and makes learning our products much easier
    • Previous training and/or product support experience
    • Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
    • Advanced knowledge of all products within the Microsoft Office suite
    • Analytical skills
    • Experience in training and development area involved in activities such as instruction, needs assessments, curriculum development, and other such related training and development work
    • Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience
    • Demonstrated experience with AGRIS / Cultura software (AGRIS, AgroGuide, oneWeigh, etc.).
    • Typically a Degree in one of the following: Engineering/Technology discipline, Agricultural Sciences discipline, Financial/Accounting discipline, Agricultural Business discipline, or a Business Management discipline.
