Position is responsible for providing technical assistance to multi-facility computer users. Logs, tracks, escalates, and resolves work orders submitted through ticketing systems, email and phone calls.
Support Specialists are the primary point of contact for technical assistance requests coming into the Oklahoma Heart Hospital Non-EMR support line.
Position provides technical assistance to end users. Job duties include answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or utilizing remote management tools.
Provides assistance concerning the use of Hardware, Software, Printing, Telephones, Active Directory, Office Applications, Electonic Mail and Operating Systems.
Any combination of training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform duties as described. Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related technical certifications are preferred and two years of experience in a technical support setting.
