The Supported Living Staff Supervisor is responsible for the development, training and support for Direct Support Professionals within the Supported Living Program. Additionally, the Staff Supervisor serves as a role model for staff and participants, provides staff training and evaluations, and plans, assigns and directs staff work. The Staff Supervisor is required to receive emergency calls and assist in participant coverage as needed.
Above all, the Supported Living Staff Supervisor ensures participants have a safe and enjoyable living environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Must provide a high school diploma/GED/official transcripts.
Two years experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but is not required.
Supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
