We are seeking
customer service professionals to assist outbound callers with patient satisfaction surveys for healthcare providers.
Looking for candidates that work well in a team environment, are capable of multi-tasking, and love working with people.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Interview patients via telephone, strictly adhering to survey scripts
Listening carefully and accurately entering patients responses into a computer system
Repeating the process throughout the day
Being courteous, projecting enthusiasm and demonstrating empathy for patients
Ensuring patient confidentiality
Meeting company standard of surveys completed
Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal, listening and empathetic skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Outlook
Call center experience are preferred
