Job Purpose: Operate a switchboard by perfoming the essential duties listed below.

- Answer, screen and route outside calls
- Supply information to callers and record messages
- Keep record of calls placed and toll charges
- Perform clerical duties
- Operate paging system to relay in-house announcements or call individuals to phone
- Receive visitors, obtain name and nature of business, and issue badges
- Update telephone directory
High School Diploma or Equivalent and two years related experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Ability to speak clearly and enunciate.
Basic ability to operate a computer using Microsoft Office software.
Must pass a pre-employment background and durg screening
