Responsible for the electrical maintenance and operations of the STARS equipment; an automated tool lancer that is computer operated.
Supervise the rig-up, operation and maintenance of STARS equipment.
Perform hands-on operation of STARS service duties.
Interface with customer representatives regarding job setup and scope, ensure performance and customer requirements are met or exceeded and company policies and procedures are implemented at the job site.
Perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job.
Complete paperwork accurately and timely and ensure a high percentage of billable hours.
Report to the Branch Manager or the designee and implement procedures to obtain results specified by the branch manager/customer.
Responsible for the continued development of STARS program.
Three (3) or more years of industrial experience, and experience in Electronics preferred.
Knowledge of company safety policies/procedures, industrial cleaning equipment and instant job hazard recognition.
Strong Mechanical and Electrical background.
Experience with pneumatic tooling repair preferred
Ability to effectively supervise jobs and employees.
Possess good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of computer programming processes is needed.
Ability to run specific computer programs to attain information requested by the client and/or the branch .
High school diploma and Vocational and /or Military training in Electronics preferred.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
Must be capable of working up to 16 hours per day.
Able to work in extreme climate conditions (heat index of 95 degree Fahrenheit or sub-zero weather conditions.)
Must be able to climb ladder and work from scaffolding and stationary platforms up to heights of 200 feet.
