Major Duties and Responsibilities:|
1.Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
2.Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, handheld, and associated peripherals.
3.Setting up and maintaining backup system for in-office desktop computers and file servers.
4.Performing testing of equipment that has been repaired, prior to returning the equipment to the user.
5.Adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn or defective parts.
6.Support of kiosk, time clocks, and other non-IT PC equipment
7.Assist in the back-up on file servers and database servers
8.Monitor and evaluate efficiency of software/hardware usage, providing items to be covered in training of users, making them more efficient
9.Maintain and support documentation for computers and peripheral hardware, PC operating systems and application software
10.Assist in the support and maintenance of user account informatio including permissions and group assignments
11.Assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN communications from the desktop computer
12.Work on special projects as assigned
13.Assist users with access to data, servers, and services
14.Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client/server software and service packs.
15.Provide support for all branches.
16.Other duties as assigned.
1.Associates Degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
2.A+ Certification or 3 yrs experience
3.Windows 7 Certification or 3 years experience
4.Troubleshoot computer and network issues
5.Knowledge of network fundamentals and Microsoft Office
6. Experience with desktop computing
7. Clear oral and written communication skills
8. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
