This position will be responsible for analyzing, researching and recommending solutions to ensure data integrity within the Community & State data warehouse. This position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders supporting and resolving any data issues that affect submission of required reports to C&S State Partners.
Other responsibilities include ongoing development and analysis of QA reports for the discovery and resolution of data issues, and ad hoc data integrity projects that may arise from needs identified within the data warehouse. This position will also be working with many varied source data systems and healthcare data, including, but not limited to: eligibility, medical and financial ledger data to audit and ensure the completeness and accuracy of monthly data loads.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
2 years experience in data integrity/quality on a data warehouse.
Background in Healthcare required
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
3 years experience in SQL with relational databases like Oracle and/or SQL Server
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills required.
The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with other teams, as well as collaboration to achieve results.
Experience using OLAP Analytical tools such as Micro Strategy, Cognos, etc. a strong plus
Unix Shell Scripting
Experience in Healthcare data warehouse structures strong plus
Crystal Reports and SYBASE experience is a plus
