The Systems Analyst III's role is to plan, coordinate, and provide oversight of activities related to the review, analysis, design, and installation or configuration of software systems. This role is also responsible for modifications to existing systems to include configuring, testing, and debugging in support of the organization's business processes and initiatives. This position works with IT management to develop, assess, and achieve short-term and long-term technical goals for the IT department. This senior position will be responsible for prioritizing and assigning work items to Systems Analyst interns and the Systems Analyst I & II staff members.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Coordinate a team of professionals to provide the following services:
Review, analyze, install, and modify systems to include configuring, testing, and debugging in support of the organization's business processes and initiatives.
Manage off the shelf and SaaS products
Manage and configure the companies 'crm' info system.
Consults with customers to identify current/desired operating procedures and to clarify program objectives so that assigned systems may be configured to support initiatives effectively
Evaluates business problems and revised operational procedures to identify potential enhancements to assigned systems to meet changing business requirements using technical expertise
Proactively analyzes existing applications and systems to find value added modifications and/or enhancements using specialized knowledge of assigned systems
Must serve as an escalation specialized technical support tier for assigned systems
Must keep abreast of vendor roadmaps, upgrades, bug fixes, security patches/vulnerabilities in regard to assigned systems including guiding the organization's actions to those changes
Will serve as the technical project lead on large and small projects.
Individual responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead on small and large projects
Coordinate with other IT divisions such as Application Development and Reporting when their services are required
Perform low level troubleshooting of commercial or custom developed applications and databases as required
Design and implement integrations and data portability between systems
Manage vendor relationships, communications, and support
Create and maintain documentation for all supported systems
Manage tasks and time reporting in the project management system
