BAI, DoD contractor, is seeking experienced Systems Analysts requiring the candidate have familiarity with program management, technical, or business analyses with respect to risk management and/or program protection. Program analysis support of DoD systems acquisitions also required. Candidate will participate as a member of and/or support the IPTs and IPT-directed business meetings; and, capable of performing risk related activities described herein.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Successful candidate will be responsible to:
Perform program management, technical, or business analysis with respect to risk management and/or program protection.
Provide program analysis support and is knowledgeable of DoD systems acquisitions.
Participate as a member of and/or supports the IPTs and IPT-directed business meetings.
Perform and/or support the following types of risk-related activities: Develop/implement the risk management process; Develop and/or update the Risk Management Program Plan; Assess cost and risk as functions of schedule variations; Evaluate risks in terms of probability of occurrence; Consequence of occurrence, and mitigation; Construct/maintain the program risk repository; Develop risk cubes; and, Monitor risks through closure.
In terms of program protection, perform and/or support the following types of related activities: Assist in coordinating and implementing IA policy and requirements; Supports the DITSCAP and transition to the DIACAP; Review, develop and maintain documentation such as SSAAs, PPPs, Key Management Plans, COMSEC Plans, Critical Program Information, and Critical Technologies Lists; and, Analyzes design for security considerations.
Must possess working knowledge of:
Major system acquisitions
T&E, or integrated logistics support
Risk management and/or program protection and program security planning,
System acquisition practices required to design, develop, integrate, test, and manufacture a major system.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, T&E, or integrated logistics support.
There must be three (3) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting risk management and/or program protection and program security planning and activities as described above.
Knowledge of system acquisition practices required to design, develop, integrate, test, and manufacture a major system. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills commensurate with technical role also required.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
A postgraduate degree in a business, management, engineering or related discipline will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of experience. Four (4) years of additional experience related to major weapon system acquisition requirements for the position will be considered equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
CLEARANCE: Able to acquire DoD Secret Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
